Christopher’s Haven manages 4 fully-furnished and equipped apartments and a private community recreation area known as “The Loft” at 131 Ponce de Leon Ave NE in Atlanta. Our “community” of apartments and The Loft are located on the fourth floor of the high-rise residential building located across the street from The Emory Proton Center and in close proximity to other area medical centers.

Out-of-town families with a child actively receiving outpatient care for cancer at a local medical center are eligible to stay at Christopher’s Haven. Siblings are an important part of the Christopher’s Haven community. Our staff ensures the siblings of the children receiving treatment are included in any program offered at Christopher’s Haven.

We are located at 131 Ponce de Leon Ave NE in Atlanta GA, directly across the street from The Emory Proton Center. If your child is scheduled to receive outpatient cancer treatment at a local Atlanta children’s hospital, you are eligible to stay with us. The minimum stay at Christopher’s Haven is four weeks, during which time your child must actively be receiving outpatient cancer care in Atlanta. We have a studio apartment, one bedroom apartments and a two bedroom apartment. We will not guarantee any specific apartment to a family. The apartments are first come first serve rotation. We do our best to give larger families the one bedroom apartments. We are not always able to accommodate everyone. Each apartment is fully furnished with a queen, twin, and pullout bed as well as a smart television and Wi-Fi. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Each apartment has a full bathroom and a washer and dryer.
